To Join Ship 1407:

Sea Scouts is a program of the Scouts of America for young men and women ages 14 (or 13 and are in the eighth grade) through 20. Along with Cub Scouting, Scouts BSA, and Venturing, Sea Scouts provides a program for religious, fraternal, educational, and other community organizations to use for character, citizenship, and mental and personal fitness training for youth.

As a Scout - You can be co-registered with another Ship, Crew or Troop.  Complete an original Membership form and submit it to Dallas with your dues. dallas@rliv.net

As an Adult- You can be co-registered with another Ship, Crew or Troop.  Complete an original Membership form and submit it to Dallas with your dues.  Take Youth Protection Training (YPT). dallas@rliv.net

Adult leaders and parents can and do dive with the ship.  You must be PADI or Open Water Certified to dive with the Ship.  If you are not currently certified, we can help you get certified with local resources.
